Cut service

On the 31-o1-14 a Debit order was supposed to come off my bank account. On the 02-02-14 they cut my service because the debit order was not entered from there side. The reason being that I reversed a double payment in the beginning on Jan 2014. They removed the Debit order.
I've been with Vodacom since 1997 and for one day over a weekend when their accounts department is closed they cut me off??
