DEBIT ORDER - REFUND REQUIRED

My debit order usually goes off on 1st. I called Vodacom and I was told that I could change my debit order to the 7th. I was not advised that a double debit would then go off. From the 6th I started getting sms's from Vodacom about my account being in arrears. On the 8th I called Vodacom and asked why they had not taken the debit order off and are sending me sms's. The consultant said he didn't know why it hadn't been presented by Vodacom and then told me about the double debit. I said absolutely NOT as I was going on leave in a few days. I told him cancel all debit orders, I will do a manual payment. I did so immediately. On the 9th Oct I discovered that they had taken the double debit order as well. I called and demanded my refund. I was told they could request an urgent refund which should have been on the 15th October. I came back from leave on the 21 st Oct and called and emailed. Was promised a call back, never happened till now. It is now the 23rd Oct, still NO refund. After spending 48 minutes on my phone demanding my money, I was told refund request was made today, probably only on Monday. My handset is due for an upgrade, Vodacom will not see another dime of my mine
