On the 18th of December I bought a cash phone online on the Vodacom website, they took my money and up until today no email stating the delivery date or when I'll be getting my phone. When I logged into my Vodacom profile it said the order had been cancelled but I still haven't received the phone or the money back. I've been calling and Vodacom blocked my number, I've been emailing but no response. I'm putting Vodacom in the newspaper and taking things further because the customer service is pathetic. I'll tell the world how bad Vodacom is
