VODACOM WRONGFULLY DEBITED MY BANK ACCOUNT

I paid by VODACOM account for October 2013 on 2013/10/11. On 2013/11/01 VODACOM collected the amount of R1085.50 again by debit order from my bank account. I have made several calls to custoner care and the accounts department to reverse the debit order with out any success. I faxed the proof of payment four times already to VODACOM accounts department. Every time I phone them I speak to a different person and is then again requested to fax the proof of payment.
