My contract cost is R178, 50 per month. Unexpectedly my debit order bounced back for July. I immediately made an EFT payment. After paying a R120 bank charge (Nedbank) on the returned debit order, I discovered that the debit order amount debited from my bank account for (Vodacom) August was now R278, 50. I contacted Vodacom to find out what the reason was behind my increased debit order. The response was that this is their R100 fee for the debit order that bounced back. If I was notified about this, this wouldn't have been a problem, but just debiting a client's account with an extra R100 without notifying them, is steeling. This is unacceptable! This was the last draw with myself and Vodacom, I've had more than one bad experience with you, and this was it!
