My phone was dropped off at the Glen Vodacom shop in august 2013 for repairs to a cracked screen which was supposed to be covered by the insurance. Up until now I have not received any feedback from Vodacom as to where exactly my phone is and what state of repair it is in. I have been met with unhelpful call centre agents and even worse at the shop- they have accused me of opting not to have it repaired as up until now I have not heard anything about it. they have now said that because its over some 6 week period- I cannot claim from insurance- this is not my fault and I am very upset with Vodacom-- I have paid my contract every month and I am sitting without a handset because of Vodacoms inability to do there jobs correctly--- who will reimburse my money???
who does not know where a clients handset is?? did you lose the f-n thing???
PLEASE RESPOND ASAP- I will be contacting the ombutsman if I do not receive my handset- fixed by the end of this business week! You have cost me countless hours of inconvenience!!
