I went to BP In Jeane Avenue Centurion on 27/02/2013 to put in petrol on my Car. They did a double debit order on my account. I have been asking them to reverse the debit order since the 28/02/2013. The debit order has not been reversed. I called FNB, and they said I can call The FNB authorizations department at 011 369 2888 and they will be able to help me reverse the debit order. My when I call the Authorization department they say there is nothing I can do, and only BP can request them to reverse. I feel stuck as BP is doing nothing and now there is nothing I can do to get debit order to be reversed. What do I need to do to get this sorted out. Help.
