Say no to debit orders

This is the 3rd time in 3months that i have complained about them they cannot cm to get a debit order payment on my account right after spending prob over R200 worth of phone calls trying to sort out my debit order they have again surprised me with my debit order not going off e them deducting double the money when they told me that the debit order will only be in effect the 25 of Feb 2013 e i have to make a manual payment this month only!! so the debit order took of double payment, e then after reversing it at my bank i spend 40min on Friday 1st Feb 2013 to rectify it e they said it will go off on the 2nd... checking my account this morning no debit went off again e again 20min on the phn e this guy telling me the debit order didn't go of cause of a conflict ion with my id nr e the bank... k guys so how did u guys deduct double of my account if there is a conflict of my id nr??? so again cancelling the debit order e going to the bank to do a manual payment e 30 more min in a Que... guys u might be the channel of champions but ur service is so bad i dnt even wana rate u guys because a 0 is too good!! if i can give anyone advise run e run far away!!!
