I work abroad and not in South Africa, I have 2 contracts with Vodacom. My Debit order goes off on the first of every month, I contacted Vodacom to have the debit order changed as it takes a few days for forex to arrive in my account. Long story short, it was not possible to do as I was out the country. I elected to have the debit order rerun every month as can be done on the Vodacom webpage, this worked well for a few months until this month. I selected the 14th January to have the debit order rerun, all was great, I even got a reminder SMS from Vodacom, money in my account and Vodacom did not run the debit order, hence my service got cut off a few days later.
My question is, why do you have these services on your webpage and they dont work?
I emailed customer support to tell them about the non run of the debit order and all I got was "you have to pay"

Why dont you take off a double payment in Feb?
Due to your non functioning services we the "clients" get a bad name, Vodacom, get your house inorder, poor poor service!!!
