I have entered into a Router Contract July 2013 for R 129 pm my 2 gigs. The adverts said you get 2 gigs anytime and 2 gigs night owl. However when i used the router during night owl period it still takes data from my normal 2 gigs.

I called the call centre between September and October and spoke to a gentleman who said they are going to investigate this matter and get back to me. Since then i have not received any feedback what so ever and the problem still continues. Why is Vodacom miss leading their clients?? This is my second contract with Vodacom and everything they promised on the first package was delivered or is it because the application was done face to face?? Can someone please fix this or explain what is happening. I'm disappointed that the call center agent said they will get back to me but did not keep the promised. Is Vodacom undermining their clients? Lets see how you fix this 1..
