Contract upgrade

I had a contract data 2 gigs 2 gigs. I had problem with the account and Jason sorted my account via telephonical and emails. He did a upgrade to my 3 gigs straight which worked fine for the month of september. For the month of october they are billing me for my gig 10 .Please help me.
