My daughter unfortunately went with MTN while I have changed to Vodacom. They unfortunately hook you in, with these upgrades... she got so excited she went in on the day her upgrade was given to her. She has always spent about R900 on her cell phone bills... but all of a sudden in the last 3 months we have being receiving billd of over R5000 . I am a single mum, who works hard to pay bills, and was in flood tears when first received this astronomical bill. Martine Du Preez my daughter has been trying to sort out this debacle for the last 3 months, where no one has got back to her, to let her know why these bills are soo high. I feel like going to a lawyer, to report the lack of interest from MTN, and to cancel my debit order with them. I would like someone from head office to contact me immediately to sort this out, I am in a total state at the cost of these bills. Just beware when you sign up for that 2 year contract, you are not signing your life away like I have.

Looking forward to speaking to the head of MTN, if you could ever get hold of him.
Am in dyre state as what to do next, as I have tried to get hold of them over and over again to sort this debacle out.
