Out of Rate Bundle on acc that still has bundle!

Could someone please explain to me how Vodacom has managed to me over once again? I checked my account the other day, and it showed I had over 4 gigs of night owl available to me that was expiring on 31/08, so I decided to put some to use and went onto youtube between 12am and 4am on Friday 09/08 morning. I was confident that I was all good, until this morning when I find that you have once again me in the fact that you have now charged me over R600 for Out of Rate Bundles when I still have over 3 gigs available in the Night Owl package, oh, and you've taken the 300mb I had left in my normal bundle. I am SO SICK AND TIRED of Vodacom F%^&ing me over - last year you charged me R5500 for 3 gigs, I still can't do the math on that. Now sort this F&*&ing out!!! I am so over Vodacom it's not even funny - I'm moving to Cell C!!!
