I am so tired of this issue - I called Vodacom Months ago and requested that my DATA line be soft locked ONCE the 2 GIGS have been used - the person I spoke to said that this would be done and account would be locked AFTER the 2 gigs had been used and she added a 50 RAND amount which I said was fine. IT was locked BEFORE two gigs have been used - I could not use my internet and have paid for 2 Gigs the last 4 or 5 months and can only use 200mb. I would be fine if this data carried over it does not - I want one of the following three things done ASAP please - I am tired of waiting.
1. Refund me for the money spent on data that I lost out on
2. Make a plan to reimburse me the data that was lost
3 Send me details on how I would go about the Cancellation of BOTH my Vodacom contracts.
Why should I pay for data I cannot use because of a consultants error in soft locking. Simple assist or lose a client that you have had for 20 years.
