Incompetence at every step

On 17 May I received an unsolicited marketing call from Telkom. I took them up on their offer. We agreed on a 2 meg line with 10 gigs of data per month which, combined with my existing unlimited anytime calling plan they quoted me to cost R655 per month. I would also receive a wifi router as well as a 3G 8ta router with 500 megs data. On 20 May I went to the Telkom store to collect my router and 3G router. The problems began:
1) They did not have any 8ta routers available but would phone me within a week to collect one (fair enough). Almost 4 weeks later I have heard nothing.
2) When I phoned to activate my ADSL line, I found I had been given a 1meg line with 5 gigs of data monthly. Another call to 10210 to correct this.
3) When I received my account I have been billed for both the 5 gigs and the 10 gigs. I phoned 10210 this morning. The consultant logged an objection to this and gave me a reference number. He then wanted to give me another number to phone to cancel the 5 gigs. I objected and asked for a supervisor. He said he would put me through to one but instead put me through to a consultant in cancellations. When I told her I wanted a supervisor, she cut me off.
