On the 11/ 03 /2013 went to the Eastgate store MTN B, for a contract upgrade
contract 083 469 8145 I was paying R300 a month for 300 megs data that was very expensive!!
So in the advertiser magazine is a package with a new WiFi router and TV and 2 Gigs Data for R560
I was told the Tv would only reach me in 5 months and was discouraged not to go for that package???
So went for the WiFi router and 2 gigs data @ R269 .
Left the store with a new WiFi router and the thought that I now have 2 Gigs of data to use!
so now I am using more data than usual because its a WiFi router..
on the 27 /03/2013 found they did not load the 2 gigs data?
And now my acount is R3000
after contacting mtn, they told me that the person in the store should have explained it to me?
And now I am sitting with a bill? Mtn wont look in to the matter?
