I received a Tablet from I Smart in January 2014, Saturday 25/01/2014 I was working on it, the battery whent flat and i put it on charge, when i wanted to switch it on again the screen was blank. I phoned them on monday 27/01/2014 and was informed that i would be contacted within in 48 hours for collection of the Tablet, after 48 hours is phoned again spoke to the same person Domonique and was told collection will be within 7 days, Friday 5 day's later when i phoned again i was told collection is anything between 7-14 days. Now i am paying and loosing Data. Is this acceptable - NOOO!!!
