On the 21st of May I was called by Mpho telling me that am due for an upgrade, we spoke and I chose a blackberry Z10. Three weeks past and I was still without my device. I called MTN, the 808 number and they gave me another number to call which was 0831233667, on that number they told me to call a courier company which told me that they took the device back to MTN, apparently they called me on the 30th of May and I an not getting joy from it. On the 26th of June I called back looking for Mpho he was busy on the line but he called me back around 10:36 am and he promised to call me back afther an hour to date I am still waiting for my device, can someone PLEASE help me...
