Late delivery of Smart Device

Good day
On 29 May 2013 I applied for a Samsung Galaxy S4 and it was approved on 30 May. On 31 May Enginuity (Digital Planet courier company) confirmed receipt of the device. On 3 June they called me to confirm delivery on 4 June at my work address. After calling them late on 4 June after no delivery, they told me that there was a problem with their systems the previous day and that the device will only be delivered on 5 June. On 5 June I was sick at home and called them to move the delivery date to 6 June. They ignored my request and still came to my office to deliver the device on the 5th. There was nobody that could sign for the device, seeing that I was at home and requested a later delivery date. I called them at 14:50 on 6 June to ask where the device was and they told me to call back at 15:30 if the device has not been delivered yet. I called back at 15:35, and was informed delivery would only take place on 7 June "because the courier only delivers in that area certain days".
I still have no phone and I think this is ridiculous.
FNB should get a more reliable/better company to deliver their devices, because I'm losing confidence in them now.

This company is USELESS!!!
