I ordered the BlackBerry Z10 on the FNB website on the 6th of March 2013 and was approved for the device on the 7th March 2013, i was then told that the device would be delivered withing 10 - 15 working days. I kept calling FNB to track the device and on numerous occasions I was told that the courier will call me back for address details.
I have been in talks with RBJacobs (The FNB Guy) via email and calling FNB to try and get to the bottom of the delay, 2 reasons for the delay where highlighted.
1. The Device was out of stock. - communicated with a guy called Sandile.
2. FNB is in the process or was in the process of changing courier companies - communicated with a guy called Thato.
My last call with Thato assured me that the device will be delivered before 12 April (today) as my name was at high priority. I am still without the device and still no call from the courier after more than a month. As a new FNB customer, this has been the worst treatment I have had from a Bank.
