NO DELIVERY OF MY DEVICE!

I applied for a new smartphone device on the 30 May 2013 and I then followed up 3 days later and was told my application was not yet approved. I then followed up 2 days later and was told the application was approved and it would take 10 - 15 working days for the device to be delivered (which in itself is shocking considering I wait for 7 days for items to be delivered from the UK).

I called the FNB call centre 26-06-2013 and was told the courier company was closed already and was given their direct number to find out when my device was delivered. I called the courier company 27-06-2013 and was told they did not even receive any instruction for my device to be delivered?!?!!!

I the called the call centre again 27-06-2013 and was politely told I will just have to wait 24-48 hours more, just to get feedback on when my device will be delivered! despite waiting nearly a month for my device?? And when i asked to speak to a team leader i was told i can't?!?! I cancelled my contract with MTN to move to cell c and have had to deal with the inconvienence of not having my cellphone number in use because of this delay!
