C-track

I contacted ctrack to install a tracking device and dealt with a lady calle Jeanine. we concluded the deal and they installed the tracking device on 19/01/2013, i was told that since its a Saturday, it will only start working on 21/01/2013 to this day the device doesnt work, ive contacted jeanine on numerous occasions and she promised me that she will look into it / someone would call me back / sometimes i wouldnt be able able to get hold of her and leave a message for her to call back, but she never called.

Eventually about 2 weeks ago i got hold of her again (at this point i wanted the c-track to come and take their device as they are debiting my account for something that has never worked), she said someone would call me back, i opted to hold the line, i held & customer service gave me the contact details of the durban branch which i called and spoke to a lady called Shawn (cant recall) she said the person who would be able to assist me with collecting the device and refunding me was busy and will get her to call me back, till this day 23/03/2013 no-one has called me.
Im stuck with a device that has never worked (2 months now), my car is at risk, my money being debited
