Disgusting Service Delivery

I put a claim for my Ipad about 2 weeks back, my insurer approved my claim in 3 days, and told me the supplier will be in charge from then on, i was contacted by the llady called Mpho on 04/01/2013, confirming that i will be getting my device on wed (09/01/2013).i had to do a follow up 2 days later (11/01/2013) and when i called she tells me "she forgot) and that if i need my device desperately i will have to come and fetch it myself on either saturday or sunday, i went on saturday just to find that i cant get my device as Mpho didnt leave it with them, and that i will only get it on monday, which is today (14/01/2013) after 1pm i call and again she tells me "i forgot"... what kind of service is this? circus service, where other clients aren't important???
this is unacceptable and i won't tolerate it!!!
please forget about delivering that device as i will ask my insurer to take their business to other different supplier who takes great service delivery with pride and high importance!!!
