On the 1st of July 2013 a contract was taken out with MTN involving a wi fi rooter as well as a 40"Samsung Smart TV. On the 10th of July 2013 at 14:00 we were contacted that the TV will be delivered within 5 days. This did not happen. Numerous phone calls between us and Tina Camara from Britepoint, the supposed suppliers and Rene Rosser from MTN, York Street, George as well as Shawn Robb from MTN took place. Till date the situation has not been resolved. Britepoint are blaming MTN and vice versa for the non-delivery. A monthly premium will be deducted on the 25th of July 2013 and still we have not received the TV. Is this the way MTN treats their contract holders. This is not the only contract we have with MTN. The contract was sold to us under false pretences
