3 Months ago my MTN iPhone contract reached it's term. I decided not to upgrade and asked MTN to switch it to prepaid. They said they will do that.
They billed me the contract rates for 2 months in a row thereafter. I called them to raise a complaint, they apologised and said they'll query the claim and sms me the outcome.
The claim was queried, I received an sms saying they will refund the extra money debited (I'm still waiting for my refund).
This month they have debited me the full contract rates again, for the 4th month after switching to pre-paid.
I'm starting to get frustrated with the poor service from this service provider.
