In May, June, July they couldn't deduct because of the technical error on their side, I had to do a manual payment and also pay for errors for those months, in Sept and Oct they called and advised that my debit order did not go off I advise Mpho Sennelo the problem that I have been having since I changed my account number, she advice that they will go a manual payment which is was done successfully. I received a sms on the 31/10/2013 that R1034.07 went off from my account to Nashua mobile when I called the Customer Care they advise that I was double debited because the debit order came back as unpaid on the 2/10/2013 my call was transferred to Legal department and I spoke to Nhlakanipho Hlathwayo who advise that I was charged double because of the unpaid debit order in September my concern is if the debit order came back as unpaid why was my device not blocked? when I asked that the consultant couldn't answer. While am busy with the debit order dilema my other device was blocked without no reason on the 11/9/2013 and when I enquiry they advise that it will be unblocked after three weeks and I was provided a ITC no: 1436899 til today date it still not working spoke to Mpho Senne
