I recently enquired about buying a smart device from FNB, I was called by a consultant who gave me a price and advised me that I needed to upgrade my account, I requested a call back the next day and he never called back. I then got a call back today from another consultant who tried to do the same procedure, but the price now has conveniently increased in a matter of 48hours, and after a 40 minute conversation to upgrade my account and apply for the device, I was declined as I already have a device on the system... Really? thats awesome FNB, where is it??? Or is this all a just to upgrade my account??? I fully expect this matter to be resolved, I want the device promised at the original price or I want the entire cancelled with my account going back to what it was. Perhaps "beep bank" are more organised, I wouldn't mind moving there if this is how FNB does business!!!
