I bought a phone Samsung S4 mini at the end of November. I went to Lusikisiki where I work, which is 127km from Umtata. I took the phone inserted sim card but it couldn't read, it kept on saying no network, I tried all networks but no luck. On my Monday I went to MTN which was after 7days of the guarantee. I told them the phone was not working they took it and tried to insert Sim card but it didn't work. They told me to leave the phone for repairs and I was like I did not even use the phone why repairs??? why cant you give me a new phone but the refuse telling me about their procedure. Since then I haven't received that phone it was early December and now I am thinking of cancelling the contract ad look for another service provider. I needed that phone by December and I spent the whole month without it and now its nearly end January no response.
