I got a Samsung S4 mini from Cell C on 22 December 2013, I left for JHB on 23 Dec. I realized the phone is faulty and took it in to the Cell C shop in Alberton, they told me to take it back where I got the phone from. I handed in the phone for repairs on 6 January 2014. Now when I phone the Cell C in Zevenwacht they tell me the phone is in for repairs and I must wait till it comes back, they can't tell me when the phone will be back, the servicing staff refuse to give me their names and the manager is never available, please help me, I have the phone for almost 5 weeks, it is in for almost 3 weeks and still no one can tell me when the phone will be back, can't they just exchange the phone???
