Samsung S4mini for 2nd time in for repairs

On the 4th of October I bought a Samsung S4 mini by 8ta Telkom in Tygervalley. Of the 8th of November I booked I in for repairs as the phone freezes, certain apps don't want to work, it over heats etc. After a few battles (phone calls and visits) with them I've got my phone back on the 12th of December. On the 14th I've booked it in again as it keeps on telling me to reboot my phone and it freezes and still over heating. I've requested a swop for a new phone. It's been over a week again and I'm still awaiting. I keep phoning them and they just said I can complain its fine. They can't do anything about it. I told them I want a new phone before the 24th as I'm leaving for holidays. I phone today a still they can't help me. I've asked them why can't they give me a new phone out of their store but they said Telkom need to sent me one and they can't give me out of the store. The manager would've phone me but I'm still wainting as he nevered phone me. They make promises they can't keep. And I only had the phone 1 month and every month this far I've paid a bill for a phone I don't even had.
