Terrible service for MTN

I have had a contract with MTN and had a upgrade done in December. I took a Samsung Galaxy S2. I have contacted Samsung directly concerning the problems I have had with their brand and was told there is nothing they can do because they have a contract with MTN... In the 7day period after getting my phone, the phone was switching off by it's self. I took it back to MTN. I then got a new phone. I started having problems with my 2nd phone at the end of January 2013. I was told that my phone would have to be sent away for repairs. I gave my phone in at the MTN on the 10th March13. I waited for two weeks and was told that they have issued for me to get a new phone. I was then told that they will need to get stock. I was then told there are no S2's available at all. I then contacted a area manager which I tried to contact for 3 days and her she never answered the phone. I then called the headoffice myself and spoke to a operations manager. They have now said I must look at the Samsung S3 mini. That cannot compare to the S2!!! I am disgusted at the service. You would think they would have realised inconvience they have caused. Nevermind the BIS they never stopped deducting on my old BB.
