Out of Box failure

I bought a Samsung Galaxy pocket plus from your store at Carnival Mall on Monday 25 November 2013
The phone immediately gave me problems, It keeps on disconnecting from the network and as such I cannot make calls or Receive calls or emails at all until I realize and restart the phone.

I went to your store in Bruma as it is the closest to my place of work to swop the unit on the 2nd of December 2013 as it is an Out of box failure I have seven days to return and swop the phone.

There I was informed that they could not swop the unit and I would have to hand the phone in to be sent to Samsung for repairs. I did not give them the phone because I do not have a spear phone and no loan phones are issued by your company.

I was also informed that the sales lady at Carnival was supposed to tell me about the procedure and she failed to inform me about such procedure

I want a replacement phone and cannot continue my daily work with a broken phone
