I subscribed to 8ta on contract for Samsung S3mini (03 Oct 2013) and i got the phone same day :). On the 11 Oct 2013 during the day i discovered that the speaker doesnt work :(, and i took the phone back to Centurion Telkom 8ta. i was told the phone will be taken in for repairs. I was very sad that i could only enjoy my brand new samsung for only 7days. Please understand one thing, i only subscribed to this contract because i needed a brand new handset as i did not have a phone. Now you tell me what justice did 8ta do by giving me a phone that got broke within 8days, i am still without a phone still today.
