I miss placeS4 my Samsung S 3. I received a Samsung S4 mini afyer claiming from insurance. This was in Oct 2013. The phone that was brand new kept switching off periodically and the battery would heat up. Eventually the back button stopped working. I then gave the phone in for repairs to get the buttons to work again. This was late Dec 2013. I went into Nashua mobile on the 19 Jan 2014, by chance. To find out that my phone was there but could not be repaired. They told me this was due to water damage. I then claimed again, asking to replace the phone with a IPhone and was willing to pay in the difference. I was told that I had to take a Samsung again, I now have a SAmsung mini S4 again. This phone too switches off periodically and I really am not happy with it. During the previous phone repair, I loant a iphone and that will for sure be the next upgrade phone. SAMSUNG Phones have only given me problems.
