Referring to my previous post on Virgin Mobile in December 2013. My handset has been out of order 3 months already, after numerous calls, visiting the Menlyn branch, emails, nothing has been done. One consultant phoned me back, discussing repairs but as to date nothing has been done. I'm paying for something that doesn't work. It's the poorest service I have Ever encountered! I phoned customer again this morning, they put me on hold for 30 minutes and nothing has been solved. man.
