Hi in December 2012 I bought a Samsung cell phone through cell c and its been to my detriment ever since.
I've returned my S2 twice since December because of its constant freezing and pathetic battery life. On each occasion Samsung just reboots my phone and software without fixing problem. I've returned my phone for a third time and now Samsung miraculously found a problem with some chip and quotes me R2000 for repairs when my phone still is under guarantee. I'm a paying customer and have work hard every month to pay my bills so I don't appreciate being scummed out of my money for a clearly inferior product. Samsung is supposed to be a quality brand but I've had nothing but problems from the first day and Samsung does nothing to rectify this.
