BAD SERVICE - RIDICULOUS BILLING - INCOMPETENT

We Have an account with Nashua Mobile for about 5 months now, and have recieved nothing but terrible service. Firstly you hold for hours to speak to a consultant. Secondly the billing is always so high. This Month alone we have spent R5000.00 or more on a PHONE CONTRACT! My Fiance's phone will get soft blocked if he has not paid the account however we only recieve statement on the 7th and the phone is getting blocked before we even know how much to pay! how are we supposed to guess an amount? then to switch the phone back on, you have to phone to speak to a NOT SO HELPFUL RUDE CONSULTANT. however you CANT phone as your phone is blocked. we have made 5 seperate payments from the 29th January to date (5th February) and still they say the account is in arreas! and block the phone. When the phone got blocked the first time, my fiance asked the consultant what the total is, then paid the discussed amount, and they still blocked it as it was STILL in arreas. consultants DO NOT update on the system if the account has been paid. And these amounts are just reccuring and change daily and we land up ALWAYS owing money!! Never have we had such terrible service and for such a small contract!!
