My contract is not even a month old
I specifically told the consultant at Nashua mobile to block my phone should i go over the contract amount. Well they decided to rather only block it after i exceeded a call limit of R600.00, which is R300.00 over what i asked to be allowed. They then soft locked my phone. Upon me phoning to get it unlocked so that i could still receive data they unlocked my phone only to be locked again because the billing for the phone call to them pushed me over the limit. this has now happened 4 times... Upon asking to be put through to their accounts department i had 3 seperate accounts people just put me back to the messaging system.
To date my cell phone bill is now siting at about R 1000.00 where i only wanted to pay and expected to pay my R299.00. Disgusting service for the poor person that cannot afford high cell phone accounts and as i was assured the phone would be blocked should i exceed my allowed free minutes... I am sick and tired of phoning them to try and sort this out
