Wrong phone blocked

Early in Febraury I reported 1 of the contract phones I have. The call centre agent then blocked the phone thats not instead of the one. I since got my replacement phone but still the other one is blocked (mm6) error. I drove up and down numerous times to nashua spoke to the manager as well as the staff no one could assist me to get this sorted out. I went again to nashua head office on friday the 5th arrived there before 10h00 and i was sent to MTN by the nashua staff. We were sitting there more than a hour whereby they just told us that the phone does not belong to them we should take it bask to nashua. During the weekend a then took my sons sim and the phone is working. Barend then told me to go for sim swap and the phone will work, my sim is blocked on the phone. The time now is 14:03 yesterday just after 10h00 they said 24 hours, spoke to as well as wonderboom junction. Sim not provisioned, still unknown if the error on the phone or the sim card was corrected
