Phone blocked after payments made and phone faulty

My phone (blackberyy) has been faulty for months and when i took it to the store in Dev Avenue i was told there is nothing they can do to help me. I have subsequetly learnt that Blackberrys often get stuck and freeze up. I contract is coming up now for renewal i wonder that service im going to get. My phone has now been blocked due to non payment but i have paid my account in full and have the proof of payments. This is totally unexceptable. First i get told my faulty phone is basically my problem and now im blocked. I cant believe this service. It service like this that makes me want to close my contract and change to pay as you go.
