Illing of account and yet i paid my contract

In 2010 i bought a BlackBerry 8520 at Nashua Mobile, the cosultant was phidwell Tlou, when i signed the agreement nobody told me that after paying up my account i have to go and cansell it, i paid my contract according to 24 months agreement last year December . 2013 i recieved an email from Paul Venter saying that i owe R508.00 and i told him that i paid up my account, they even blocked my phone now they telling me i have to payR751 yet they blocked my phone i cant pay for the airtime that im not using. i want them to cansell the contrat and unblock my phone . im not happy with the way they run the business . please help me as this is frustaiting me im not working . i even spoke to the consultant last year saying i should come and upgrade then i said i cant because my contract where i was working ended in December. She didnt even mention i should come and cansell the contract.
