I was dealing with a lady called Gillian about my cellphone insurance saying Im owing them for repairing my phone and told this lady they even blocked my phone till today the phone is blocked and i need to do bussiness calls as its a company phone but Gillian advised me she unblocked it and till today Its still blocked and she hasnt even came back to me to check if it was unblocked and she asked me to fill a claim form and return to her I did that and she didnt even bother to say she got my form or not even a respomse on email as i sent it via mail as she said the insurance will pay the amount after i submited the form I have had a thing from her and now I got Nashua mobile deducting 2700 from my acc which is the amount I dont even have in my acc and clearly it means this insurance matter is not dealt with and no one is eventer because saying anything I am so off
