Nashua mobile has deducted money from my account without me signing any debit order. When I ask them about it they were looking into the matter. I have 3 separate a accounts with them and they must to be linked but didn't happen. They have then find out that money was deducted incorrectly from my bank account. The account manager was asked to phone me but never did happened. I have phoned 3 times today to speak to the consultant but she is just never available and just don't phone me back. I have refused to pay my account before the matter is not settled and they have now blocked my phone and still no one phoned me back
