I have given a phone to my niece with a sms bundle, Black Berry Internet service and then i asked Nashua to limit the account to R100. Perfect till she reached her R100 call limit, then the phone gets "soft blocked" meaning that the 100 sms and Balcberry internet service that i ahve paid foir in advance can not be used!
Then the lady at the call centre says sorry sir that is how it works, why don't youy lift the R100 call limit?
There is a reason why someone puts a limit to costs!!!
