Mtn and mtnsp (insurance) are ripping people of.i had insurance with mtnsp I made a claim in middle of November 2013 was processed and I got another phone 29/11/2013. I then have tried to contact mtnsp since 12/12/2013 with no one answering the phone until I went to insure with another company.i sent an email got out of office reply but my service has been suspended because I only paid for the contract and didn't pay for the insurance that I can't get hold of. When I called today to get this sorted the mtn supervisor Senlot told an agent that he doesn't want to speak to me. The agent then tried to transfer me to insurance but the call was cut when I was waiting for an agent from insurance department. People must consider other cellular networks if dy want a contract as mtn has no customer service at all. there are theifs
