MTNsp Contract Service is very bad!!!
I been trying to reach out for help but the Call Centre is not answering the phone instead they put you on hold for ever to listen to their irritating recorded voice.
I need your assistance MTNsp Contract Service Department, this matter is now urgently.
My iPhone screen is broken and i cannot use my phone I want you to fix my phone.
I work in Pretoria, please come and collect my broken iPhone and take it for repair and provide me with the loan one so that i can be connected, people at work can't reach me, please help that's all I'm asking!!!

Can't wait for my contract to end so that I can move to a better place "Vodacom", MTN Service in overall is Very Bad!!! Managers please intervene otherwise you will lose customer.
