Reference is made with regards to the attached Claim Notification from MTN. I feel that the clauses in question are totally irrelevant in this regard, that is:
oProvisions 4 of MTNSP Equipment Insurance Policy
The handset shall not be used in conjunction with any other MSISDN without express authorization of the Administrator and an update of the policy conditions"

When I entered on a contractual agreement with MTN, I explained to the agent (Maxwell Mphahelele) at MTN Carnival Mall, shop 86, that I have a pre-paid sim card which I have been using for years and don't want to discontinue using it. The agent advised me to continue using it and also loaded my insurance with MTN. My insurance was never actioned by Head Office for 5 months and only actioned today 30 October 2013.
