NO ANSWER for over 3 hours - Literally!!

My phone got severely damaged on Christmas day. I got hold of MTN Insurance finally on 30 December. They sent a courier company to collect the phone. It's 3 January now and I am trying to get hold of the call center for some feedback. I have called 3 times today since this morning. My waiting time on this the 3rd call is already sitting at 56 minutes. The previous 2 calls have been much the same. I called the normal MTNSP call centre and asked an agent to please walk to or call one of the Insurance agents and ask them to please call me. Needless to say, this is not happening.
