My phone was from the bedside table while i was sleeping next to my head.
when i tried to claim, my claim was rejected because my handset wasn't "locked away in a safe place" are you kidding me where the would they like you to put your phone when you sleeping...
anyone reading this thinking of using MTNSP rather don't you will NOT be covered.
how do we as customers fight against like this???
how do we get hold of someone other than a call centre agent that can actually help you??
