About a week and a half I lost my phone, went to mtn to block the phone and got all the necessary paper work filled out and sent to mtnsp insurance, the lady at mtn came back to me and asked me for a case number, I told her that the police station only gives a case number In the event of a or, now im still waiting for mtnsp insurance to get back to me, everytime I phone the call centre I have to wait for my then 30 minutes on the phone and they keep saying they will email me but no one does, i don't have a phone for about 2 weeks now and no one has phoned me back or emailed me as to whats going on, this is effecting my job as work can't contacted me, im still waiting for a response and this is frustrating cause its not the first time this happened
